Intergenerational Connection and Learning

We are an educational, friendly club of all ages and experience who enjoy a shared interest in earth science, gems, minerals, fossils, lapidary work, making jewelry, and more.

Our club is located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas where our members attend monthly meetings with speakers on various topics of interest regarding gems, minerals, earth science, fossils, lapidary work, jewelry creation and more. Members also have use of a wonderful fully-equipped workshop and have the opportunity to participate in field trips.

Monthly Meetings in Our Own Clubhouse!

Our monthly meetings are open to the public. We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in our clubhouse at 15048 Highway 43, Corner of Highway 43 and Lawlis Road, Siloam Springs, AR

Upcoming Events

Join the fun and connect with others who share your interests.

The general meeting will be on June 23.  Please note that this is the fourth Tuesday NOT the last Tuesday.  There are five Tuesdays in May.

The speaker for the meeting will be our own Bill Reynolds who will discuss Crowley’s Ridge. Crowley's Ridge is a unique geological formation in eastern Arkansas, rising 250–550 feet above the flat Mississippi Delta region spanning from Missouri to Helena, AR.  How did it form? Why are there so many fossils there?

Speaker Bio

We’re excited to share our passion for rocks, minerals, fossils, and all things earth-related with the community through several upcoming presentations and events!  A wonderful group of members has already stepped up to help and this allows us inspire others to learn about the earth sciences.

We would love to have you join us.  Most programs are for school age children but I would imagine they can accommodate an adult or two as well.

Upcoming Community Programs

Our August 25th meeting will be the annual Picnic.  The dinner will be the traditional POTLUCK dinner.  Please bring enough for your family plus a little extra.  The club provides the plates, flat wear, napkins and drinks.  This meeting we will have an extra-large silent auction so come ready to bid on your favorite item – or many of your favorites!  We will also have several door prizes instead of just one. You could be the lucky one - so be sure to show up and sign in!

Join us every second Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 at the Clubhouse for our Do-Over Class.  All members are invited and no experience is necessary.   You can learn to make earrings, bracelets, and necklaces using our tools, beads and supplies.  We sell what we make at the Fall Swap and use our proceeds for more items we don’t have or items needed for classes at the Clubhouse.  Join us for fun, fellowship and learning.
