Free Admission • Free Vendor Space • Live Auction • Gem Sluice • Fun for the Whole Family

Mark your calendars and get ready for our annual Fall Rock Swap! Whether you're looking to buy, sell, trade, learn, or simply spend the day surrounded by fellow rock enthusiasts, everyone is welcome.

Admission is free, and vendor space is free!  You do not have to be a member of the club to participate.  The Rock Swap opens to the public at 10:00 a.m.

Come explore tables filled with rough rocks, polished stones, minerals, fossils, crystals, gemstones, cabochons, jewelry, rock-themed décor, lapidary equipment, and all sorts of treasures. You'll also find plenty of friendly rockhounds who are happy to share stories, knowledge, and advice. Even if you don't have anything to sell, it's a fun day to browse, discover something new, and enjoy the company of others who share your interest in rocks and minerals.

The Gem Sluice will be set up and running, making it a great event for kids and families as well.

At 1:00 p.m., the club will hold a Live Auction. Everyone is welcome to bid, and donations to the auction are greatly appreciated. Proceeds help support club activities and programs. If you would like to place items in the auction, the club retains 20% of the final sale price and you keep the remaining 80%.

If you would like to set up a selling or trading space, please keep your area to approximately 10' x 10' and be completely set up by 9:30 a.m. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The swap will be held on the east side of the clubhouse off Lawlis Road under the trees, with parking available on the west side.

So, take a look through those boxes, buckets, shelves, and closets. Find the specimens you've outgrown, the duplicates you've collected, and the treasures you're ready to pass along to someone new. It's the perfect opportunity to make room for your next great rock find!
